TVpad3 user does not exist message
If you are getting the TVpad3 (TVpad M358) "user does not exist" message on your TV screen when opening an TVpad app, it is most of the times your Internet connection. Check whether your Internet works properly.
It is also possible that the TVpad servers are down, but this does not happen often. You could try change the DNS number to 8.8.8.8 and see if this works.
